Rachael M. Burgess, MSN, CPNP-AC, CPON is a nurse practitioner (NP) on PACT in the Division of Pediatric Palliative Care, Department of Psychosocial Oncology and Palliative Care at Boston Children's Hospital (BCH) and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. She also serves as the Director of the NP Fellowship program for PACT.

Her nursing career has included caring for children and families in acute care settings such as hematology/oncology and pulmonary and stem cell transplant departments at UNC, CHOP, and BCH.
