Barbara Reville, DNP, ANP-BC, ACHPN, is an oncology nurse practitioner with advanced certification in hospice and palliative nursing. Her clinical experience includes 16 years providing inpatient palliative care consultation and an extensive oncology nursing background. She is the former Nurse Director for the Adult Palliative Care Division and the Palliative Nurse Practitioner Fellowship Director at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
Barbara served in director roles for palliative care services at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. She teaches in the Harvard Medical School Center for Palliative Care and directs the Art and Science of Palliative Nursing Course.
Scholarly interests include palliative nursing communication and post-graduate training for advanced practice nurses.
